How can I track my package?
To track your package, simply enter your tracking number on the “Track Your Shipment” page. You can find your tracking number in the confirmation email or SMS we sent you when the shipment was dispatched.
I lost my tracking number. What can I do?
If you lost your tracking number, please check your email inbox or SMS for any previous shipment notifications. You can also contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will assist you in retrieving it.
Why is my tracking information not updating?
Tracking information may not update immediately due to several reasons, such as:
- Your package is still in transit.
- It’s in a customs hold or sorting facility.
- The shipping carrier hasn’t updated their system yet. Please allow 24-48 hours for the system to refresh. If it’s been longer than that, contact customer support for further assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?
Once the package is in transit, it may not be possible to change the shipping address. However, you can contact customer support to try and redirect the shipment or make an address correction before the shipment is dispatched.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within a short window of time after they are placed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Why is my package delayed?
Delays can occur for several reasons:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters.
- High shipping demand during peak seasons.
- Customs or import/export processing.
- Delivery issues at the carrier’s end. Rest assured, we are constantly monitoring the shipment and will update you with any information. You can always reach out to our support team for the latest status.
How do I know when my package will arrive?
Estimated delivery dates are provided when you track your shipment. These dates are based on the carrier’s estimated delivery time, but delays can happen. We recommend checking the tracking page regularly for updates.
Can I change my delivery method?
Once your package has been shipped, the delivery method cannot be changed. However, you can sometimes adjust delivery options (e.g., requesting a re-delivery or pick-up) directly with the carrier using the tracking page.
